stuck to unstuck. A few months ago I had no clue and

| Listening To The Body's Wisdom | | | In my workshop, "Moving From Stuck To Unstuck", I ask
participants to describe the physical feelings of
being "stuck" and the physical feelings of being
"passionate and alive". When people check in with their
bodies to answer these questions, they receive great
insight in determining whether or not they are on the
right path. For some people being stuck or apprehensive
might coincide with a tightness in their chest, or
pressure and tenseness on their neck or back, while a
feeling of passion may evoke a warm and open feeling in
the chest. By bringing the feelings of your body to your conscious
attention, you begin to access a source of wisdom that
knows a great deal about the life you were meant to live.
Would it surprise you that your values and beliefs
communicate more authentically from felt experiences
than from the rational mind? For example when you think
of different possibilities or choices in your life, notice how
you're feeling when you think of each one. Is there
resistance in a part of your body or is there an energy or
flow?

| Connecting With The Body | | | In order to become in tune to your body's wisdom, it is
important to pay attention to it. Of course, proper
sleep, healthy eating and exercising will create more
balance for you to stay "in sync" with your body. But
you can also practice right now as you are reading this
article. Take a moment and notice how you are sitting in
your chair. Notice whether any part of your body hurts
or feels uncomfortable. How are you breathing right
now? What are your emotions telling you right now? How
do you feel? What are you prompted to do? Simply
notice. The more you notice what is going on with your body,
the more you will know yourself better, and in this way,
you will become more focused, conscious and efficient.
By checking in with your body many times during the
day, you will start developing an innate intuition where
you will take productive action more naturally, and you
will spend less time spinning your wheels regarding
decisions that are important to you. Try this for yourself and let me know how it goes.

utter." Mabel Todd Recommended Reading "The Right Questions" by Debbie Ford offers Ten powerful
questions that can help you reveal the motivations for
your past decisions and guidance on how to consciously
make the choices that will lead you towards greater
fulfillment in your life. Look out for July's issue of "Stepping Into
Transition" on "Strategies For Taming Your Gremlin". Until
then. . . Phil
