Testimonials. . .
"Since I began life coaching with "Stepping Stones
Coaching", my life has dramatically turned around. in
early 2006, I was unemployed, single and very
dissatisfied with almost every aspect of my life. Today,
in October 2006, I am employed in my chosen
profession in a facility that I enjoy with people I like
and respect; I have just moved into a new home with a
wonderful man whom I love and we are planning to
marry next year. Phil helped me to release the stories
of the past and to "find my voice"to become what I
believe to be my authentic self".

| Making Your Resolutions For The New Year | | | At this time of year, many people set New Years
resolutions. Often times those resolutions never
materialize into any lasting changes. I think it comes
down to this. Was there a deep and burning desire to
make the change or did it come from a conditioned
response that says, " Its the start of a New Year, that
time of the year that everyone makes new resolutions.
What shall mine be?" The person who has a strong sense of how the change
will benefit them, and can visualize how that change
will look and feel has a greater likelihood of achieving
that change and making it last. Without this level of
awareness, the ability to persevere in the face of
unforseen circumstances and setbacks can often
become difficult and frustrating. Have you heard the
expression, "I wanted to do it (The exercise program,
business planning, time with my family, etc.) but life
got in the way." If you want to make resolutions or changes for the
upcoming year, do you have a clear vision of what you
want and why you want it? Often times getting towards
this point of clarity takes effort as we are constantly
surrounded by distractions that can take away our
focus. Our own unexamined habits can also block us
from getting the clarity we want. The good news is that the effort we take to get a clear
vision can lead to the planning and action taking that
can really instill the change we want. The result of
this can be the creation of new habits that really
empower us. Once the change we want becomes a
habit, we won't have to spend as much thought and
effort to sustain it as we did initially. What a sense of
relief this can be.

| Clarity Through Coaching | | | If we can move past our distractions and bring our
unexamined habits to light, we can create the
conditions that lead to clarity and change. You don't
have to do this alone. Professional coaching is a powerful process to get you
the results you really want and it works on several
levels. With your coach, you will uncover any of the hidden
beliefs, conditioning, and habits that may be keeping
you from getting clear about what you really want. You
will learn techniques to deal with the distractions in
your life. You will gain new awareness, focus and
clarity to help you understand what it will take to
achieve the changes you want. Then, you can expect to
move forward through inspired action and an
accountability structure in which momentum is
maintained and progress seen. Within the entire process, your coach will always
respect, encourage, support and believe in you and
your potential to achieve what you really desire. The
coaching process is enjoyable and positive, and within
this positive environment, profound breakthroughs in
the ways one can live and work become realistic and
achievable. As a certified life and business coach, I
have helped many people find meaningful success
along with greater balance and peace in their lives. If you really want to make a resolution and change
that has some staying power, please contact me for a
