"My personal feeling is that everyone benefits from
Personal Coaching. Whether or not you own a business,
having a personal coach creates balance, peace and
growth in your life. Some may need it longer than others.
For me I went in with a 3-month program;and found that
I needed more. It was time worth its weight in gold.
Thank you Phil."

| Natural Change | | | In last winter's devastating Tsunami that killed more than
100,000 people, an interesting phenomenon took place.
Prior to the waves hitting, wild and domestic animals fled
to safety and were spared. How interesting that the
animals seemed to have been able to sense that an
environmental shift was taking place and instinctively
knew what to do. However, when we think that animals
and the natural world have always been a part of each
other, not separate, is it really so unusual? The natural
world is always changing, always in flux. There is a
natural rhythm evidenced by the changing seasons,
changing wind directions, changing currents. Bears
hibernate in winter and awake in spring. The list goes on
and on. As human beings, how are we aware when our own
course needs to change, when we need to pursue a new
course of action in our career, a relationship, a physical
move, whatever that change may be. Many people
resist change and cling to what they believe worked for
them in the past. But when the season is ripe for
change(i.e, the work is no longer fulfilling, our energy is
on the wane) and we do not respond in kind, that is
when negativity and stagnation seep in and keep us from
reaching our full potential and life purpose.

| Program For Natural Change | | | As a professional coach, I offer my clients a program
that helps them flourish and skillfully maneuver through
changes in their lives and businesses. The following
ideas are an integral part of the program: Change Is Natural-It is a part of life and if we learn to
adapt and flow rather than resist and struggle against it,
we will thrive. Change Is A Process-The journey of change is more of a
process, rather than a single event. In that way it is
similar to the seasons. Winter, Spring and Summer last
for several months each, and there are subtle changes in
each one before a new season begins. The seasons
can't be rushed and they happen within their own natural
rhythm. As a Certified Co-Active coach, I bring skills
including active listening, proactive questioning, values
clarification and my own creativity to help you find your
own natural rhythm. Mapping your Change-Change by its nature is full of
unknowns so as your coach, I will help devise a map or
strategic plan with measurable objectives and milestones
so we can know what season we are in, where we are in
the season and what's next. Change Happens In The Unknown-When we enter the
season of change, we have to release the stories of the
past, because they will not help us find a new compelling
direction. It is in the unknown that insight and discovery
takes place and I as your coach will make every effort to
provide you the safety and space to explore. In this
sense change becomes an adventure of discovery and
revelation where intuition and self trust become your
guiding forces. | | |
